Overview
X-one Easy Kit can extract DNA and RNA by collecting samples directly from the site, outdoors, and in places without electricity.
No other reagents or equipment is required such as centrifuges and Ethanol.
The container contains reagents for each step, and it can be stored at room temperature, making it convenient to store or move.

In the case of a traditional preparation kit, incubation is carried out at a high temperature for 10 to 30 minutes, and a centrifuge process is essential for each step.
The X-one Easy Kit consists of a Syringe, Column tip, and Buffer container, which pumps using Syringe at each stage and substitutes the centrifuge.
No equipment is required other than the product, such as centrifuges, pipettes, and heat blocks, and Ethanol is not required to be added before use in the reagent preparation phase.
Samples collected from the site can extract DNA/RNA immediately. The product can be stored at room temperature, so it can be easily moved without an ice box even when moving to the site.
