BCodeGen™ 6× Loading Buffer
Overview
The Loading Buffer allows the sample to sink into the well when loaded onto the gel and as a tracking dye during electrophoresis. The dye has a slight negative charge and migrates in the same direction as the DNA, making it possible to monitor the progress of the molecules moving through the gel. The rate of migration depends on the gel composition.

According to the usage of each reagent, BIOCODE’s BCodeGen™ 6× Red Loading Buffer, BCodeGen™ 6× Blue Loading Buffer, and A brand’s Loading Buffer were mixed and loaded with samples.
For BIOCODE products compared to Company A, it was easier to check the degree of electrophoresis with clear dye. Also, it did not affect the sample’s mobility.
